We want you to be happy with HookViral. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@hookviral.app from the address used for the order, and we'll help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep premium access until then and won't be charged again.
